LG Electronics and its agent Al Yousuf refuse to honor the warranty for a blatant manufacturing defect with my LG Washing Machine. When I asked the service center for the technical report they said yes and never provide despite asking.
Disgusting attitude from service center of LG in Dubai. First time I meet something like this in my life. They totally spoil the reputation of LG company. I bought the fridge that has weird super loud sounds every 40-50 minutes. It's not acceptable at all.
Where to start.. First of all if you are able to actually contact someone considered yourself lucky. Worst customer service. I've scheduled an appointment for my not working TV one week prior, and as I've suspected technician didn't show up or call.
