Ordered stuff from Instashop on a Friday at 12:38pm. According to the app, it should be delivered at 2:13pm. I was waiting patiently... 4pm came and I still did not received my order. I called the store and they seemed disorganized and unhelpful. They promised to deliver it soon but it took another hour. It was a frustrating experience.
I ordered a few things through Instashop from lifco Arhan. I had to pay an extra 20 AED for weight differences in the vegetables, which was a little weird. Anyway, I received 1.2 kgs of green fava beans for 33 AED in very bad condition. I was disappointed with the quality of the product.
I had a very bad experience in lifco arjan. On Friday 5th June, I went there at 10:20 pm. The store was supposed to be open until 12 am according to the timings. When I arrived, there were 3 staff members - 1 lady and 2 men. They told me they had already closed, but I checked the timings and they were not supposed to close yet. One of the staff members was very rude. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
