One of the disgusting super market in UAE .I had ordered 10 kg of Red Pepper at 5 pm waiting till 8:30 pm and order did not came . I had cancel the order. what I did wrong in this ?

Best ever worst experience about shopping, they are telling you 30 minutes it takes 1-1:30 hours to receive orders, i will complain other places also that i know contacts
