Slow service, no one attends to you. My appointment is at 3pm I only did my MRI at 4pm and waited another 30 mins for them to burn a CD and no report. Refused to give me my own report stating it can only be given to the doctor who ordered it when I already made the payment for my own MRI and my own report.
Wish they are more attentive and pick up the phone. If the owner is reading this, please kindly ensure your staff picks up the phone!!!! Even after I suggested to ask the medical side to walk over to inform the imaging receptionist to pick up the phone. Give up
