I lived here for 4 years. Great location and the maintenance is free and very responsive.

Poor management company. A/c is always not working properly (not going below 27 in the night time) and water leaking every week. Send hundreds of email for maintenance. However, no respond from the maintenance and management company. Attached pictures for your reference.
