I wanted to exchange rings I bought from Festival Plaza outlet. But they simply refused although the rings were in its original packing and never used. Poor customer service, will never buy from Lovisa again.
The festival plaza branch is exhausting. The sales lady is not aware of the system, had to wait almost 1/2 hour to exchange an item and yet we were unsuccessful. Even the store manager wasn’t capable to guide the staff on call.
Very rude staff, apparently they have some counter at entrance and they don’t want you to go in or out from there as that effects their customer count. Not sure how someone with kids or with family can manage to buy anything at this place
The store has a wide range of fashion accessories and I was able to find some great pieces. The staff was helpful in guiding me to the right product.
The store is well-organized and has a clean and modern ambiance. The decor is tasteful and adds to the overall shopping experience.
