WORST service ever and charges are DOUBLE!! They clearly don't understand the meaning of DRY and CLEAN. I gave my duvet cover and duvet for dry cleaning to this place and I specifically mentioned them to clean the tea stains on it which they assured me they could. When I picked it up, it was still dirty and the tea stains were still there. I had to take it to another dry cleaner to get it properly cleaned.
Very worst behaviour with customers. I gave 3 shirts in the morning for ironing. They take 1 day for ironing. Urgency they charge 3 times the price also work is not even average.
My friend needed urgent ironing of Arabic dress before travelling by air. This was the nearest place considering the circumstances. Asked for more than the common urgent fare. He burned the dress (thus damaging it). He didn't return the dress and he didn't provide any reimbursement. Terrible experience.
