I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Lulu Exchange branch in the Abu Dhabi International Departure Terminal. I needed to exchange AED for MANAT for my trip to Azerbaijan and was offered a "special deal" that promised to give me a higher exchange rate. However, when I received my MANAT, I realized that I had been given a much lower rate than what was promised. The staff were unhelpful and did not offer any explanation for the discrepancy. I will not be using Lulu Exchange again.
Better than Travelex.... Charges 5 AED commission - surprised to find a place in the world that still actually charges it.
