Very bad service! tellers unable to serve the customers properly.jumping to another customer even 1st customer not finish because unable to understand what she is asking about NBN or maybe referring to IBAN number and there’s no supervisor to help or resolve the issue…wasting of time going on Lulu Exchange Muteena branch
