Best in town. This fantastic hypermarket is where I get my monthly groceries. I went to a few other hypermarkets, but their food wasn’t as fresh and their pricing were much more than this one. As it always does, it provides excellent things at nominal prices. The variety of products is amazing, and the quality is top-notch. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
Worst experience ever!!!! I came to the food section from 5pm and there was no staff to assist till 5:40pm. This is Lulu Warsan Souq! A huge HYPERMARKET with no staff and the supervisor is not even answering the calls. The lady making fish empanadas didn't even know how to handle the machine properly. The customer service is terrible and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I will never shop there again!
