Very bad customer support & they don't care customer. And person who answering the call no want to answer customer enquiry very bad service ras al khor branch. Attitude staff they have no response proper to customer enquiry.
This branch enough big space..Feel comfortable to do any official transactions..! Getting good rate for currency exchange and other transfers too...This branch Staffs also very kind & friendly approach..!
The executives working in the exchange are very slow with the service and feels undertrained. Use other exchange instead like al ansari they are very quick and very professional.
