So far the return process is a nightmare. Nobody replies on the email provided. No answer on WhatsApp. The lady who answered the phone was not able to initiate the return, asked me to email the customer service but didn’t know which exactly is the email. She said you can find it on the website. Not purchasing anything from luminarc again.
I requested dinner set and unfortunately 2 plates were received broken. I texted the shop and sent them pictures via e mail . The company after one month finally compensated me and sent a new full set and they sorted the issue. thank you.
Excellent collection, Timely delivery and very good Customer Support. Five starts not given but Earned.
