It was a nightmare doing business with this company we paid around 250 euros per night for a total of 17 * 250 = 4250 euros. We had agreed on several terms and conditions before the renting the apartment, one of which was the availability of kitchen utensils as we wanted to cook the meals ourselves. However, upon arrival, we found that the kitchen was poorly equipped and lacked basic utensils. When we contacted the company, they were unresponsive and did not take any action to resolve the issue. In addition, the apartment itself was not properly cleaned and we found dirty linen and towels. Overall, our experience with Luxury Holiday Homes was extremely disappointing and we would not recommend anyone to rent from them.
