This company located in shangri la office tower back side of shangri la hotel. You have to go to back side entrance of shangri la hotel. At right side you can see glass doors. At there you can see reception. Enter your name in the register and then go to 7th floor. In 7 th floor you can easily find out MAB facility management company.
One of the worst experiences I've had in terms of receiving payment from this company. Horrible service and team. They are very well known and their FM staff are seen at most of the malls in Dubai. Please do think twice before providing any sort of Credit Facility to these frauds.
