The building management company is terrible. No matter how much you call them, they don't come, you have to beg for it even if you set an appointment.
I have had a terrible experience with MAG 5 Residences - Building 10. The building management is very unresponsive and it is difficult to get any issues resolved. The maintenance team is also not efficient and it takes a long time for any repairs to be done.
