Love their clothes but customer service is poor. No effort to see how they can help when there is an exceptional situation.
In Mango store now and sales team has yet to address me or any customers coming in and out of the store. This is typical of the Mango Bawadi Mall location. Often the sales clerks ignore you and they remain in the stock room talking amongst themselves.
I was in store with my lovely daughter and wife on 12-Feb-2021 at Mango store in Bawadi Mall and was looking for a pair of clothes for my daughter's size. We liked one but the store was short of that size, but as my wife mentioned to them, they did not make any effort to help us find an alternative or order the correct size for us.
