I love having a Marks & Spencer here! Amazing service from the people who work there. They are very kind and helpful. M&S is very handy for undergarments, school clothes and shoes, and a nice mini supermarket with great frozen products.

Very disappointed, they have completely taken out the Men's range in Bawadi Mall branch. Staff advised me to visit their Abu Dhabi or Dubai stores, this is not at all practical. It doesn't make sense to discontinue Men's segment if there is only one branch in the city.

They have a good inventory of clothing and the price is fair for the products. Check them out in Ayla Bawadi mall!
