Facilities and Amenities are good. Customer Service and Staff need improvement. Personal experience was not satisfactory. Initial Impression and Atmosphere was average. Quality of Products/Services is below average. Ambiance and Decor is not appealing. Value for Money is not good. Wait Time and Reservations need improvement. Overall Experience is disappointing.
