Extremely dissatisfied. It’s been more than 45 mins and I am still waiting for a simple stamp on my bank statement. Machines out of order and only one staff working. I have had similar experience with call center. Mashreq needs to take some drastic steps to improve their customer service and experience.
I am very much disappointed with the service. I had a meeting in the morning so I was in a hurry. I was printing out some statements and suddenly the paper ran out. I asked security to help me out, and the Nepali security replied that they cannot help. Very unhelpful!
Stay away from and close their misleading credit cards. They calculate the outstanding unpaid retail purchases on the monthly statement with the same interest rate as credit card cash withdrawals. It compounds daily, resulting in cumulative additional charges.
