I deposited amount on my mashreq account and found my account was debit freezed.. everyday i called to customer care and they don't have idea how to active the account. Even i updated all my documents and information as per instructions. i am following up daily over phone but no action.

This bank is the worst - don’t se it - they charge a lot of fees - especially when you don’t use your account for a while - they charge penalties of AED 300 per month
