Bank Account was issued pretty quick for a Corporate bank account application. But I requested for a Card Machine for my business and it took very long. Leaving me to lose business because customers didnt want to pay cash or EFT. Very disappointed and frustrated.
impossible to contact anyone from Mashreq Neo. I created an account 3 weeks ago and never received the debit card. They never call back when you leave your phone number on the automatic voice message.
