I ordered a cake I wanted costumes, but i didn't receive what i request, the cake was not as the colour that i asked for and the stars that on the cake was not exactly what i asked for, i also ordered on the cake to make a 2 pockets they didn't make them, I invited all my cousins and friends for a cake party the cake was really bad they are really careless and i don't recommend them to anyone, horrible experience!
If there’s an option to rate them as 0 that would’ve been my rating for this branch. I’ve informed them 2 days prior to my event and still on the same day the cake wasn't ready, i had to wait for additional time. The quality of the cake wasn't good either. Very disappointed overall.
I wish i saw the reviews before i ordered !! Very bad service and quality!! 10 mins before my puck up time they asked for a photo to print for the cake !! And they delayed 1 hour!!! Very disappointed!!!!!
