Clothes are good but very poor queue management… team was taking 25-30 min to do exchanges. Staff needs better training on how to handle customers. When I complained about slow queue staff started asking to go somewhere else to shop. Bad experience.

Worst exchange and refund process! I've waited 30 mins just for an online exchange! They had to refund all the online order and let me buy again the piece that i wanted!
