Lot of communication issues. Call center lady don't have any clue what's happening. The issue resolved after talking to their manager in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
WORST COURIER SERVICE - Do not trust this company, they committed to deliver our important shipment to Abu Dhabi from Dubai the next day but it didn't happen!!! their customer service is more than worst telling me that the delivery will not happen on that same day and they can only try for another day! I immediately cancelled the shipment and returned it back. Lack of responsibility and professionalism. Highly NOT recommended!!!
