I went in for a PCR test. Was quick and efficient. But did not receive the results as informed in 12 hrs. Called several times to get the results. There was no answer. Eventually someone answered and said will get back, but never heard off them. Very unprofessional. Still waiting for the results and it’s over 12 hrs.
Sometimes you need real professional help. My experience today was just amazing. Even after entering the clinic, you are able to feel the pleasant atmosphere of caring. And all medical professionals are having clear agendas to help you and take care of you. My warmest recommendations.
