AVOID ????. No refund if you have a problem. Thieves. I'm waiting for refund for more than 2 months with Xline Dubaï. And they don't reply to calls, messages and mails.
On Sep 27, just before 9 am, I was crossing the pedestrian lane at the corner of the street. I thought this bus was gonna slow down. But it didn't and I thought I was gonna get hit. Please tell your driver to slow down when turning corners or when there's a pedestrian lane.

Customer service is terrible. They don't respond to calls or emails and take forever to process refunds. Avoid this company if you can.
Not worth the price. The tour was rushed and the guide was not knowledgeable. We ended up leaving the tour early because it was so disappointing.
The facilities were outdated and not well-maintained. The bathrooms were dirty and the seating was uncomfortable. Not a pleasant experience overall.
