After drop my car for service me and a Local guy was sitting almost same place then coming a staff and asking only to local guy what he like to drink tea or coffee. And most staff are busy on their mobile.
Worst service ever. They ruin good cars and keep you waiting for more than 2 months for “spare parts” that seem to be missing. Terrible and sad to see Mercedes service go down this bad
