Waiting for an appointment for 2 weeks is unacceptable. Other car companies provide appointments within 1 or 2 days. What if my car needs urgent servicing?
I've been taking my MG ZS to the Musaffah service centre for regular servicing for the past year and a half. Last week, my AC stopped working and I explained the issue to the advisor.
