I am writing this review to share my horrendous experience with Middle East Bicycle. I recently purchased an electric scooter from this shop, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The scooter malfunctioned within just two days of use, and when I tried to contact the shop for a refund or replacement, they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to take any responsibility for the faulty product and simply brushed me off. I would not recommend Middle East Bicycle to anyone.
Electric bikes available but quality is very low. They are good when you went to purchase. But very poor after service. No warranty at all on products.
Good selection of bikes but the man working there is very rude. Plus, the prices are so much higher than the other shops next to it. I chose a bike and he told me it's for 1200 Dirhams, the exact same bike in the shop next door for 380 Dirhams. I felt like I was being ripped off and the man was not willing to negotiate or offer any discounts. I ended up buying the bike from the other shop and had a much better experience.
