This shop sell fake and defect products. This shop owner claim that they are the official reseller of caterpillar boots in Abudhabi and they claim all the shoes are there latest model and good quality. But I purchase a boot for 450AED and it didn't even last for a month. The quality was really bad and I could tell it was a fake. They refused to refund or exchange the boot. Extremely disappointed with the service and product quality. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!! I recently bought a safety boot from this shop. They are very expensive in this shop compared to other shoe stores in the area. The boot I bought had a defect in it and I asked for a replacement but they refused. They have terrible customer service and I regret buying from them. Please avoid this shop if you want good quality products and good customer service.
Decided to go in looking for a pair of shoelaces. A South Asian salesperson asked me how many holes and I told him 8 holes and even showed him my shoes. Paid AED20 and asked for a discount but they didn’t give. Went home and tried to put on the shoelaces, they were too short and didn't fit properly. Poor service, poor product quality, and no willingness to help the customer. I will never buy from this shop again.
