Equivalency services are an absolute disaster. People’s jobs and visa applications are depending on this service being efficient but ITS NOT. It takes months for the equivalency to be issued and I’m the meantime there is no way to get in touch with anyone to ask about delays or progress. Absolutely abysmal service.
I have been in the process of getting the Equivalency certificate for the past 5 months and I am very tired of this process and the Ministry of Education’s service. This has cost me all this time as well as about 1,300 AED in total because of delays and mistakes on their part. Very disappointed.
I respect this country and its education system, but MOE treated my sister in an utterly disappointing manner. She had concerns about her golden visa application services and she wanted to approach the happiness centre for it, but the Ministry of Education was unresponsive and unhelpful. This kind of service is unacceptable.
