DO NOT MOVE IN THIS BUILDING. AND DO NOT BUY APARTMENTS HERE. All the guards here are inadequate people. I will write a report to the management and Dubai Police about the behavior of the guards. This is not a safe place to live.

The building is great in an otherwise new neighborhood that's still being developed. The apartment, fixtures, appliances, elevators are of good quality. The infinity swimming pool with a view of the Miracle Garden and Burj Khalifa is a great feature. The gym and party hall with BBQ area are also nice amenities. Overall, I'm happy with my investment in this building.

The building is 36 floors with 4 floors of car parking, they have studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, the nice thing is that the property includes some amenities like (gym, swimming pool, party hall with bbq area) which are free for investors. The location is good, close to the Miracle Garden and Burj Khalifa. I would recommend this building to others.
