Very bad agent in Dubai, you need at least 1 hour waiting and about 100 questions and requests in order to get your money. I don't recommend.
Misleading info on official pages and later not returning the fees for uncollected funds, which happened by their mistake. Be careful, before sending to the destination double check or even more and then just use it. Otherwise, you will just hear that they understand and that’s all.
Experienced very bad service from Al Rostamani Deira branch. One of my colleagues sent the money through MoneyGram for personal purposes and I wrote the same in a form, still they asked what type of expense do you have. I told them I am new here and my friend is helping me financially. They were not understanding and the process was very complicated.
