If I could I would give no star and would not recommend this service. I have booked my trip and paid the fees a month before my trip and at the very last minute, they inform me that the car I booked is not available. They offered another car which was not what I wanted and when I asked for a refund, they refused. Terrible service!
I have some trouble and need to contact them but the phone number doesn't work and the customer service is not responding when I have already paid the full amount. Even the app itself always brings me to Intercom, god knows what that is.
Moovby app is very easy to use and responds quickly from admin. If I have any problems, they will help me asap. The price of the car rental is cheap and comfortable. I recommend this app for you guys!
