I went with my family and reached while the sun was setting. It was beautiful with not a soul in sight, so it felt like a personal space. The sand dunes are beautiful and must visit. Want to go during day time to explore more.
The tallest dune in UAE with up to 50 degrees steep ascent on front face, excellent challenging adventure for testing the drag race capabilities of 4x4s. We went there as a group of 4 SUVs, did a nice offroading desert driving expedition without getting seriously stuck anywhere. Awesome Sunset.
Absolutely a lovely place, if you visit the Moreeb dunes during the day, you won't see much people. However, bring a plastic bag with you. Once you hike up to the peak of the dune, slide down the dune on your bag. It's fun and costs nothing ;)
