We went here yesterday without reservation. We did call beforehand to get more information. At the location, you will need to register in an app which you have to download on your phone to get in. It wasn't too busy when we went so no problem getting on the walls. There doesn't seem to be any staff supervising, but we asked other climbers for help and they were helpful.
