The staff was very helpful, attentive, and reliable. She went out of her way to help me and I managed to exchange the blouse as the color ran and shrunk after the first wash.

The shop is slightly smaller than KLCC and does not have a bakery like KLCC.

The store is the 2nd largest after KLCC. It is situated at the new wing of 1 Utama near the escalator on the G floor. It is near Chanel and Samsonite stores. The place has men's, women's, and kids' clothing. They also have household items such as biscuits, bread, wine, and frozen food.
