My first and last time shopping with Mumzworld. I ordered a baby bottle set and when the delivery came it was abundantly clear that the box was previously opened and just badly sellotaped back together. The box was also damaged inside and out, and the bottles were dirty and scratched. When I called customer support to complain, they were unapologetic and said I could return the product at my own expense. Terrible service and terrible products.

I just ordered yesterday at night and arrived today sealed very well in a large box with very good condition!! I saw horrible reviews here just after placing my order! And i got so confused really cause i paid all the money (credit card) But they didn't let me down so far... Although I just received it and haven't used it yet, I hope from my heart not to have any problem but technically, I have information about returning .. And, even when I made a call to their customer support for an issue, they behaved very well and positively with me. Thank you!
