Muthoot Money Exchange reviews
Very bad customer service. They can’t wait after 8:30 pm, if you are in hurry also they will ask you to come to the next day. There is no express money transfer available, it’s a normal exchange. They don’t know how to manage the customers.
2 years back I took one TATA AIG health insurance under Muthoot Group (Trivandrum, Vayalikkada branch) for my mother who is a dialysis patient. At the same time, I asked the Muthoot staff regarding dialysis coverage and he promised me after 2 years there will be coverage for dialysis.
Recently I went to one of your branches in AP, it's located in East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh. The branch is called P Gannavaram village and also Mandal. On August 14, 2021, the staff were very rude and didn't even take my query seriously.
