Poor performance!! Extremely poor performance and way below the standard of operating banks in the UAE ! I wouldn’t advise doing anything with them !!

NBB has a brand new state of the art branch in Landmark tower which looks very nice and modern, the staff is helpful with almost no queues. Also, this bank has no relation to Siraj Finance as misunderstood by many.

last two years i am following to get Bank guarantee return but not yet received, i am not able to connect managers through phone or email so could advise any other option to get our company bank guarantee
