Very slow and just one staff handling home loan documents collection. Usually have to wait for more than an hour for documents collection. There is no way to contact them and never answer call (Arcelly) or send email to check the status of documents. Need a lot improvement on customer service and other based on other reviews too.
No benefit from having an account here. They do not communicate with you at all. They sent a legal document to a po box rather that emailing or sms first to know my location. They discontinue services without informing by modern day … More
