Poor condo management and terrible attitude. As a MO (management office), your staffs failed completely. The manager (uncle R) scold residents, MO staffs behave like they own the building and always not polite to residents, use the condo.
This company is appointed by Sime Darby Property as the management office (MO). As my unit suffer from waste leaking and made complaints since June, until on date this review write (20th September 2022), no action from this company team to.
The management office of this property is extremely unhelpful and inefficient. They do not respond to complaints in a timely manner and do not take proper action to resolve issues. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
