Very horrible experience in MOE branch. I came to return some items purchased online as Its stated on their website that I can do it any nayomi store. The staff has not even checked the items but I have to wait as thier manager might be available to have a look at the items, but I was disappointed because I have only two days left to return the items as per policy. The same incident has happened with my last shopping from Galleria Mall. Did we pay for such a horrible customer service. Their customer service department is not even supportive and they cannot do anything from their side. Very poor service, Poor policy, and Poor customer service.
