Sent my suit to be altered with the guarantee that it can be done in 48-72 hours. Walked in to the store and double and triple checked with the tailor and the person at the register. Paid a hefty sum and asked no questions because of the guarantee. Went to pick it up on the day I was told to and they hadn't touched my suit. Then they tell me it will be 5 more minutes to finish it. 5 minutes turns in to another 30 minutes. When they finally bring it to me the suit still isn't finished. Waste of time and money.
You paid quite a big amount of money as for alteration and then come to pick item after 2 days of agreed date and you find out that they missed to do alteration plus then they tell you to wait 5 min to finish it and when you were really angry they leave you again waiting for another whole 30-40 min. terrible service
Says they close at 12:00 but tailor leaves long before. Make sure the tailor is there before you plan going cause the cashier can't take measurements. Waste of time.
