They have taken my machine for service over 4 weeks ago. I have been calling daily to follow up and yet absolutely no answer. They even made me pay for the service and yet no machine!! Had I known the service of nespresso was this bad I
I spoke with one staff and he can't be able to find the solution for what I'm looking for. In other words no interest to negotiate with the customer.. that's why I called directly to have a fast transaction details hoping for he can help
The worst experience ever! I bought one of the highest specs machines,used it for few times and it's been with them for almost four months, they sent it back to me with another problem and filled with Silicon from inside so I returned back and I am still waiting for a solution
