Poor Customer Service. Me and my friend bought some groceries from this store on 13 April evening. We choose to buy 15 items and went to the counter for payment and scanning. Once scanning and payment are done at the counter, there was an issue with one of the items. It was priced wrongly and the cashier refused to correct it. We had to wait for a long time for the manager to come and sort it out. Overall, the customer service was very poor and unprofessional.
