They definitely deserve negative ratings..Never answer calls at all. Had tried to inquire about parts for Nissan few months back but never answered calls despite trying for a week continuously and same situation even last week tried again…
Cash sales doesn’t respect the time of the clients. I was waiting for my turn more than 20 minutes (slow service) and a guy just entered and went straight to cash sales and was received. While the sales man was looking at me knowing it’s my turn but choose to keep quite. Very bad service zero respect.
Was try to reach out to chcech the availability for spare parts for 4 days now with no answer. Did an inquiry online as well and no answer too. Should I go fo after market after all if you don't want to make a sale.
