My car had undergone a body repair after an accident. Work was perfect. However, I would expect more updates on the status of the repair. I hadn't received a call even on the day the car was ready. I had to follow up on the status. In that sense, they don't deserve a good rating.

I’ve been multiple times to this body shop as I own an Infinity, and it’s always been Mr. Micheal who has helped me. I have to say he’s the best. He’s the kindest and most helpful service advisor.
