Pharmacy services needed lot of improvement, it's taking time upto 45 mins to 1 hr for delivering medicines.
I like Dr. Sonam Garg, appreciated her care to patient like me, giving advice how to take care of my eye , she was accommodating and she explained well my case. I can recommend her to others.
I am impressed with the level of comittment they have for the customers. I was looking for a medicine for my baby that was out of stock every where else (4 big pharmacy chains I checked). I called NMC pharmacy to check its availability there, they confirmed the medicine is available at their pharmacy ( they had it on their website) and when I reached there i found that they had kept the medicine aside for me, so that it's available. Such detail, proper tracking and following demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. If I would have got this medicine from NMC in time I would have been at violence if I had to say so.
