Staff are very arrogant, and too much talking. They call with their wife or something while I'm taking medicine. Good hospital but the staff are not.

Bad experience with counter people. My number was 609 and I have been waiting for almost half an hour and got my number at counter 9. Without any delay, I have reached the counter and the person who was supposed to attend me told that she didn't call me and the number got cancelled.

The pharmacy was very busy during the evening but I would like to thank Ms. Ala and Ms. Hala who both were very kind to assist my father who is old and give him the required attention.
